We accept confirmations via email, SMS, or signed proposal. Scheduling is subject to technician availability.
- Pricing: estimates exclude HST unless noted; final invoice itemizes labour and parts.
Quoted rates may adjust if site conditions differ from those disclosed. We provide change orders for scope differences.
- Payments: due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
We accept major cards, Interac e-Transfer, and cash. Late balances accrue 2% per month after 15 days.
- Warranty: workmanship guaranteed for 1 year; manufacturer warranties apply to parts.
Warranty excludes misuse, abuse, or non-maintained systems. We honour applicable manufacturer terms on supplied parts.
- Access: client ensures clear and safe access to work areas.
Please remove obstacles and secure pets. If access is restricted, delays or additional charges may apply.
- Limits: we are not liable for pre-existing issues or code violations outside our scope.
Hidden defects, aging fixtures, or non-compliant installations may surface during work; remediation may require additional authorization.
- Emergencies: surcharges may apply; we prioritize safety and water mitigation.
After-hours and expedited dispatch incur premium rates. We may perform temporary stabilization before permanent repairs.
- Cancellations: 24h notice required to avoid fees, except emergencies.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be billed a call-out fee to cover mobilization costs.
- Governing law: Province of Ontario, Canada.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
